Great perspective & colour.

I'm not surprised! Your chance of getting wet seems much less here. Smart people building on stilts. People here are not nearly so smart; they build in flood plains and wonder why they get flooded out. Lovely shot.

Interesting architecture

Incredible height given to these structures on stilts which is really emphasized by the people waiting to board. Great colors and DoF as we are able to look down the shoreline. I wonder if their height is a sign as to how high the river can swell during the rainy season?

Oh, we have similar buildings like this in Malaysia.
Schools, churches, everything is built on stilts.
